About the role

This role will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Management team to coordinate finish trades, monitor schedules, drive punch list completion, and help bring the

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing subcontractors, tracking quality control items, coordinating inspections, and keeping interior finish work on schedule. - Identify sequencing conflicts and help keep work progressing in the proper order.
- Coordinate finish trades including drywall, paint, flooring, millwork, cabinets, and final inspections.
- Hold subcontractors accountable for production, quality, and schedule commitments.
- Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress and identify deficiencies.
- Track quality control items and ensure punch list completion.
