About the role

  • Will be responsible for the completion of all files on time and the accuracy of them, by instructing the staff and overseeing their progress - or by completing them themselves if the situation calls for it. - Monitor EIV Compliance.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of affordable housing compliance experience with knowledge of Section 8/LIHTC/Bond/multilayered programs.
  • Monitoring Re-certification process to ensure community staff completes the required certifications timely.
  • discrepancies found on the EIV reports as required by HUD.
  • Excellent communication skills- written and oral.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including experience managing people (in multiple locations preferred)
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced excel functions.
  • Yardi and RealPage experience

  • Oversees completion of files to ensure they are compliant with applicable Affordable Programs including Move-Ins, Annual Recertification, Interim Recertification, Gross Rent Changes, Terminations, and Initial Certifications.
