About the role
- Will be responsible for the completion of all files on time and the accuracy of them, by instructing the staff and overseeing their progress - or by completing them themselves if the situation calls for it. - Monitor EIV Compliance.
Responsibilities
- Performs other duties assigned.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of affordable housing compliance experience with knowledge of Section 8/LIHTC/Bond/multilayered programs.
- Monitoring Re-certification process to ensure community staff completes the required certifications timely.
- discrepancies found on the EIV reports as required by HUD.
- Excellent communication skills- written and oral.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including experience managing people (in multiple locations preferred)
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced excel functions.
- Yardi and RealPage experience

Nice to have

- Oversees completion of files to ensure they are compliant with applicable Affordable Programs including Move-Ins, Annual Recertification, Interim Recertification, Gross Rent Changes, Terminations, and Initial Certifications.
