Responsibilities
- Provide responsive, professional desktop and technical support to NMCI, Nautilus, and RDT&E users
- Track, inventory, and locate IT assets to support property audits
- Perform routine backup and recovery operations in support of disaster recovery and continuity of operations plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and support actions
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and experience supporting secure government IT environments.
- Candidates MUST HAVE an active Secret Clearance to be considered.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (required at time of hire)
- Experience with Windows desktop system administration (Windows 11 required)
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Must have or be able to obtain certifications within 6 months of CSWF appointment
Nice to have
- Familiarity with secure government IT environments (NMCI experience preferred)
