About the role
- You will work closely with leadership to generate pipeline, close deals, and help define our sales approach in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists and execute outbound strategies
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine go-to-market strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline within CRM systems (HubSpot)
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in a sales role (ideally SaaS or technology sales)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a new market
- Our product is mature, proven, and continuously evolving based on real customer needs.
- Represent Guardhouse at industry trade shows, conferences, and events (travel required )
- Travel required for trade shows and industry events
Nice to have
- Experience selling into the security services or workforce management industries
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot
- Experience in an early-stage or growth-phase company
- High-impact role with direct exposure to leadership

Compensation
- $75,000 - $85,000
- $100,000 - $130,000 (uncapped commission)
- Compensation package may vary based on experience
