About the role
- This role sits at the intersection of investing, operations, and technology - underwriting not just what a business is today, but what it can become when our AI platform and growth team are embedded within it.
Responsibilities
- Own core workstreams across the deal lifecycle: diligence, structuring, negotiation, financing, etc.
- Build and underwrite detailed operating and valuation models, assessing both standalone performance and upside from operations and AI technology-driven improvements
- Partner with technology and operations teams at Long Lake and verticals to scope and quantify AI-enabled value creation opportunities pre-close-and execute them post-close
- Work directly with management teams to implement strategic initiatives, build reporting infrastructure, and drive change management
- You translate complex analyses into simple, decisive recommendations that drive action internally and with counterparties
