Responsibilities

  • You are proficient in Figma for design systems, component libraries, prototyping, and developer handoff.
  • You understand responsive design, typography, layout systems, accessibility, interaction design, and modern web UI/UX principles.
  • You can design within technical constraints without compromising the quality of the experience.
  • You understand how designs translate into production websites and have working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • You can create scalable design patterns and reusable components that maintain visual consistency across complex websites and content types.

  • You are excited about emerging AI tools and their potential to transform design and development workflows.
  • You balance speed with craft, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
  • You communicate clearly, welcome constructive feedback, solve problems proactively, and work effectively with design, engineering, marketing, and brand partners.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design, prototyping, and vibe-coding tools for rapidly exploring and building interactive web experiences.

Requirements

  • You have 8+ years of experience in web design, digital design, visual design, or a related field, supported by a portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, web design expertise, and shipped digital experiences.

Compensation
