About the role
- The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) WEX Program offers individuals the opportunity to gain hands-on work experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while working toward the Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification.
- The Behavioral Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism.
- The Behavioral Technician will collect data on programs, and assist with training.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
- Full support in meeting RBT certification requirements.
Requirements
- Meet all requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician certification: 18 years of age High School Diploma Pass Background Check Complete 40 Hr.
- Training Complete Competency Assessment We assist you in achieving a certification as a Registered Behavior Technician as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Must have reliable transportation.
- A pathway to a rewarding career in Applied Behavior Analysis. ** A background check is required before you can start this WEX program
- 18 years of age High School Diploma Pass Background Check Complete 40 Hr.
