About the role
- Center for Human Development Inc. is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor to provide direct clinical supervision of designated services in one or more health service areas.
- Works under the general supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health.
- Supervises clinical staff, working towards LPC or LCSW licensure and provides consultation, training, and technical assistance to clinical staff.
Requirements
- Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Practicing Counselor (LPC) required.
- At least two years' experience in dual diagnosis treatment or substance use disorder.
- Ability to effectively problem solve.
- Must possess a valid Oregon Driver's license and be insurable for client service purposes, travel between business offices, and to attend required meeting and/or trainings.
- Must pass all criminal history check requirements as required by ORS 536-181.537 and in accordance with OAR 407-007-0200-407-007-0370 and drug screening.
- Acts as liaison to Administrative Council, provides clinical knowledge and expertise and proposes policy and practice.
Nice to have
- Licensure as a LCSW preferred.
- 2 years of licensure as a LCSW or LPC preferred.
