Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners and expansion opportunities
  • Develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and with coordination with logistics, onboarding of new accounts, including coordinating bin delivery and setup
  • Manage and grow existing commercial accounts, providing ongoing support and maintaining strong relationships
  • Maintain accurate customer records and support CRM/account management processes
  • Support the fulfillment and distribution of residential/home collection bins
  • Develop and support targeted marketing efforts to drive commercial participation, including case studies, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Capture and share content (photos, program highlights) to support brand presence and engagement
  • Document processes, customer information, and program learnings to support continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with leadership to set goals and measure program success

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in program management, operations, account management, business development, or similar roles with external stakeholder interaction
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science or Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance day-to-day operations and growth initiatives
  • Occasional travel, night and weekend work required
