Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners and expansion opportunities
- Develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and with coordination with logistics, onboarding of new accounts, including coordinating bin delivery and setup
- Manage and grow existing commercial accounts, providing ongoing support and maintaining strong relationships
- Maintain accurate customer records and support CRM/account management processes
- Support the fulfillment and distribution of residential/home collection bins
- Develop and support targeted marketing efforts to drive commercial participation, including case studies, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Capture and share content (photos, program highlights) to support brand presence and engagement
- Document processes, customer information, and program learnings to support continuous improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to set goals and measure program success

Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in program management, operations, account management, business development, or similar roles with external stakeholder interaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science or Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance day-to-day operations and growth initiatives
- Occasional travel, night and weekend work required
