About the role
- Position Overview Johnson Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our Chicago office.
- This role is well-suited for an attorney with 5 to 7 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience who is comfortable managing cases independently while working within a structured, team-oriented environment.
- The position involves handling matters from intake through resolution while providing exceptional client advocacy throughout the litigation process.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from inception through settlement or trial
- Evaluate claims, assess liability and damages, and develop case strategy
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, and other legal documents
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the firm's case management system
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court as required

Compensation
- $100,000 to $125,000
