Community Support
Maintain an authentic brand presence across community channels, keeping messaging aligned with product and marketing.
Manage campaigns and content calendars that drive interaction across social, Discord, Reddit, and more.
Help create shareable content such as AMAs, patch previews, and dev updates that drive engagement and advocacy.
Support crisis communications and high-impact player issues, maintaining trust and transparency.
Maintain dashboards and retrospectives that show the community's impact on retention, LTV, and engagement.

The pay range for this position in Washington at the start of employment is expected to be between $78,900 and $116,760 per year.
