About the role
- The activities of the Veeva Solutions Architect will include, but are not limited to: Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Veeva PromoMats and related Veeva Vault commercial and medical applications.
- Define and govern integrations among PromoMats, Salesforce CRM, digital channels, marketing platforms, identity systems, customer reference data, MDM, analytics platforms, and external agency solutions.
- Define the integration architecture between PromoMats and Salesforce CRM, including approved-content availability, metadata synchronization, content identifiers, publication status, expiration, and withdrawal controls.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture, design workshops, technical decision-making, and implementation governance.
- Translate business and compliance requirements into scalable technical and configuration designs.
- Design and oversee PromoMats configuration, including document lifecycles, workflows, metadata, objects, security, reporting, and deployment.
- Support promotional content migration, metadata mapping, reconciliation, and MLR process design.
- Prepare and maintain solution architecture diagrams, technical specifications, configuration documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Support system validation, UAT, release management, change management, training, deployment, and commercial launch readiness.
- Review implementation-partner deliverables and ensure technical decisions align with Cristcot standards and business objectives.
- Design solutions in accordance with applicable FDA requirements, promotional compliance controls, company policies, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements where applicable.
- Establish governance, support procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials for transition to Cristcot personnel and service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Veeva Vault commercial solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Vault configuration, document lifecycles, workflows, metadata, objects, security, reporting, and deployment.
- Experience with PromoMats content migration and MLR process design.
- Experience integrating Veeva Vault applications with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong understanding of commercial processes, including CRM, customer engagement, promotional review, customer data management, sales enablement, and commercial analytics.
- Experience supporting pre-commercial or commercial launch activities.
- Knowledge of FDA promotional requirements, system validation practices, and 21 CFR Part 11.
