Responsibilities
- Own the Claims & Payments product surface: claims adjudication logic, payer and employer reconciliation, payment operations tooling, and provider payments
- Partner with engineering and operations to define requirements, write specs, and ship improvements to claims processing workflows
- Support the long-term migration away from Alegeus - contributing to discovery, requirements gathering, and execution as the roadmap evolves

- Strong analytical skills: you are comfortable in data, can identify patterns, and communicate findings clearly

- Detail orientation - claims and payments work requires precision. Errors have real consequences for members and providers.

- Clear written and verbal communication - you can translate complex system behavior into plain language for non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows is a plus - we expect all PMs to work in an agentic development environment
- Individual pay decisions are based on qualifications, experience, and skillset.

- Our teams primarily operate from the New York Metropolitan area, NY, San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, and Seattle, WA.

Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $185,000 per year.
