About the role
- This is a part-time position for 25 hours per week.
- Coordinate training calendar for monthly webinars by planning topics, preparing and delivering webinars, creating short quizzes, and scheduling guest trainers as needed.
- Curate legal updates, resources, training opportunities, and news clips for weekly e-newsletter.
Responsibilities
- Create practice advisories, templates, and other written resources for ILS practitioners.

Requirements
- Valid drivers license, access to reliable vehicle and ability to pass MVR standards
- At least five years of recent experience in family-based and humanitarian-based immigration law.
- Strong commitment to legal ethics and ability to keep information confidential.
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Ability to effectively and professionally work with individuals from many different backgrounds
- Experience in trauma-informed practice.

Nice to have
- Experience in ILS program management strongly preferred.
- Recent experience in removal defense and "crimmigration" is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Zoom and Thinkific preferred.
Skills
- Participate in refining assessment tools for ILS programs.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
