Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign kick-off execution, including gathering asset and ad tags, and partnering with the digital team to align on specs, timelines, reporting, and launch readiness.
- Support the Insertion Order (IO) process by facilitating communication between internal teams and clients, tracking feedback, and ensuring executed agreements are shared internally.
- Provide ongoing organizational and execution support throughout the lifecycle of a campaign, including assistance with screenshots, reporting support, and wrap materials as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- 2-3 years relevant professional experience, ideally in the media industry and/or in a project or account management role
- Experience with project management and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills providing the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities under tight timeframes
- Self-driven with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

- The expected base salary range for this position is from $75,000 - $90,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
- In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
