About the role
- Our first of kind systems produce commercial-scale battery materials that are sold into the battery manufacturing supply chain.
- The ideal candidate will possess experience in an industrial manufacturing environment and have substantial hands-on manufacturing skills.
- This role involves monitoring and maintaining process equipment to facilitate production.
Responsibilities
- The Machine Operator at ABTC will collaborate across various departments, including engineering, EHS, Operations, Production, and R&D, to efficiently scale production at our Pilot Plant.
- Perform changeovers with Maintenance and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Ability to work in an environment that may include exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of up to 6 hours a day.
- Ability to walk throughout the plant.
- Ability to bend at the waist.
- Ability to lift unassisted 50lbs and assist over 50lbs.
- Climbing stairs and ladders (1) limited Ability to wear PPE, which includes but is not limited to the following: eye and face protection, Hearing Protection, Respirators, and protective shoes and coverings.
