About the role

  • This role operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and operations.
  • Owning initiatives from concept through implementation and ensuring intended value is realized.
  • This individual exercises independent judgment and decision-making on complex business issues, analyzing variable factors to determine the most effective course of action.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of growth initiatives across M&A, organic expansion, and new business lines
  • Own integration planning and execution for acquisitions, including alignment of operations, processes, and systems
  • Ensure initiatives deliver on expected financial, operational, and strategic outcomes
  • Independently manage complex, high-visibility projects from initial thesis through implementation
  • proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Develop leadership-ready materials and synthesize complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive alignment, facilitate decisions, and navigate competing priorities
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and operational challenges; proactively implement mitigation strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting or leading M&A diligence and post-acquisition integration

Compensation

  • The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
  • The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
  • $126,300 - $173,700 per year
  • This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
  • This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
