About the role
- Position Title: Area Process Manager Paper Pay Rate: $130,000 -$180,000 Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.
- The mill produces linerboard and currently employs approximately 600+ people.
- The Area Process Manager will assist with managing the day-to-day operation of a paper machine.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in a goals-oriented environment to deliver target results in the areas of safety, environmental, quality, productivity, employee engagement, and reliability excellence.
- Manage the performance and development of salaried and hourly members by setting clear expectations and standards of performance through effective one to ones.
Compensation
- $130,000 -$180,000 Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.
