Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of change management strategies to drive technology adoption, developing comprehensive approaches to overcome adoption barriers and sustain user engagement
  • Partner with stakeholders across functions to align on adoption priorities, ensuring technology initiatives are sequenced and resourced for successful rollout
  • Develop clear and compelling narratives around technology changes, helping stakeholders and end users understand the business value and their role in successful adoption
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the organization's technology landscape and competitive environment to inform adoption priorities and ensure initiatives remain differentiated and forward-looking
  • Develop and execute integrated communication, training, and enablement strategies to support technology rollouts
  • Create scalable adoption assets, including marketing and training materials (e.g., playbooks, videos, FAQs, and reusable resources)
  • Leverage a range of communication channels (e.g., intranet, webinars, email) to drive awareness and reinforce adoption
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams (Data, Product, Architecture, Engineering, Support) and business stakeholders
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to champion technology initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define rollout readiness criteria, establish adoption processes, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and prepared for successful technology deployments

  • Anticipate and address resistance, ensuring a smooth transition to technology-enabled workflows
  • Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to ensure alignment, usability, and continuous improvement
  • Define success metrics (e.g., adoption rates, ROI, productivity gains) for technology initiatives
  • Provide regular reporting on adoption progress, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technology adoption and change management, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance adoption processes and outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field AND 7+ years of experience in technology adoption, change management, or digital transformation
  • OR Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field AND 5+ years of experience in technology adoption, change management, or digital transformation
  • OR equivalent practical experience

  • Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Comfortable working across a variety of digital platforms and quickly adapting to new tools and technologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong ownership, communication, and collaboration
