About the role

- StubHub is seeking a Director of Equity Accounting to l ead the end-to-end accounting, valuation, and forecasting of our global equity incentive plans.
- This is a high- impact role where you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring our complex equity structures are technically sound and compliant.
Responsibilities
- Review and document complex accounting matters and making recommendations for appropriate treatment.
- Document and research financial, tax and regulatory reporting changes.
- Lead in the preparation of accounting transaction memos detailing significant transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of related experience with minimum of 5 years of public accounting preferable
Nice to have
- Public accounting background
- Workiva and NetSuite experience
Compensation
- $220,000 - $250,000 USD
