Ensure hourly staff are engaged and functioning in their roles.
HR Compliance - ensure all postings are up to date for Federal and State Laws (Both English and Spanish versions)
Sphere heads all Employee Celebrations (Employee of the Month, Quarter and Year)

Provide overall direction, coordination, and ongoing support to Managerial staff for their hourly staff needs.
This role is also responsible for assisting the HR Manager in a support role.

Experience in working with employees and managers.
Knowledge of Safety requirements in the workplace
Experience in recruiting and recognizing talent in the workplace.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
Ability to read, speak and write in English.
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks.
Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
Must be available to hourly staff to address concerns.
