- We have strategic partnerships with cloud application leaders in human capital management and accounting/finance (ERP) operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years talent acquisition experience across a number of recruiting platforms
- 1-2 years HR experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge and Skills
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Ability to work in office 5 days/week (Downtown Dallas location)

- Enforce Consulting is seeking a driven Recruiting/Human Resources Manager with 5+ years experience in talent acquisition in conjunction with 1-2 years HR experience (preferred).
- The primary focus of this position will be ongoing recruiting of top performers in the Human Capital Management space.
- Preferred candidates will also be subject matter experts in HR practices who are able to instill confidence in employees regarding HR best practices.
- Ability to collaboratively work across a diverse group of employees essential.
- Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred
