About the role
- This on-site role is responsible for coordinating and tracking LTL and FTL shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining clear communication with carriers, drivers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Post, book, and manage loads using DAT Load Board
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems in a timely manner
- Support daily transportation operations and assist with problem resolution as needed
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a dispatcher or transportation coordinator
- Hands-on experience with DAT Load Board
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Solid understanding of LTL and FTL shipping operations
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work on-site, full-time, in Port Reading, NJ
Nice to have
- Experience working with multiple carriers and brokers
- Familiarity with TMS or logistics management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Monday-Friday (8:30AM - 5PM)
- Pay: $21 - $27 per hour
