Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy agentic workflows using Python and tool-use orchestration to automate complex tasks across Procore APIs and Excel.
  • Build and optimize production RAG systems capable of accurately parsing messy, unstructured 2D construction drawings and 1,500-page specifications.
  • Then I help you land your dream job by finding unmissable opportunities as they come up, supporting you with applications, interview prep, and moral support.
  • Chart the map for the "pre-construction" category, a massive $13 trillion market that still relies on spreadsheets and manual document review.
  • Direct impact from day one by shipping agentic workflows that manage multimillion-dollar bids and save hundreds of hours for general contractors.
  • As a Founding Engineer, you will own the AI stack for a platform automating the $13T pre-construction industry.
  • You will build multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines that process 1,500-page plan sets, turning weeks of manual bid comparisons into hours of automated work while making million-dollar decisions reliable.
