About the role

Your day to day will involve close collaboration with the marketing, product and engineering teams to successfully execute your business development strategies.

Serve as an internal leader to drive growth initiatives and campaigns.
Conduct research across Web3 to identify suitable projects to build in the Injective ecosystem.
Create growth strategies for existing and prospective products and partnerships.
Work cross functionally across teams to help build out product pipelines and launch strategies.
Foster new and old relationships with partners and community leaders.
Develop and manage relationships with centralized exchanges (CEXs), market makers, trading firms, liquidity providers, and institutional partners to expand the Injective ecosystem.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and ecosystem teams to support exchange integrations, new market launches, and liquidity initiatives.
Work closely with market makers and ecosystem partners to coordinate liquidity programs, incentive campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
Monitor market structure, trading activity, and competitive exchange landscapes to identify new business opportunities and optimize partnership strategies.
Comfortable working with technical and commercial stakeholders to drive complex strategic partnerships from initial discussions through execution.

3+ years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field.
Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges, market makers, trading firms, liquidity providers, or other institutional participants within the digital asset industry.
Strong understanding of exchange infrastructure, market structure, liquidity, and trading mechanics across both centralized and decentralized markets.
Must be fluent in English.
Fast learner with the ability to operate independently.
