Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting pipeline, from sourcing to close, filling critical GTM roles that map directly to our growth roadmap
- Drive toward results while keeping candidate experience front and center
- Partner closely with hiring leaders as a true consultative partner
- Lead creative sourcing strategy and delivery
- Track and deliver top-of-funnel metrics, with a close eye on response rates
- Partner with the business to build job descriptions and shape interviews
- Report, monitor, and leverage pipeline metrics to optimize efficiency

Requirements
- Proven track record of finding and hiring top talent, balancing speed and quality
- Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and Gem
- Experience in fintech, payments, B2B SaaS, or financial services

Compensation
- SLC, UT $115,000 - $130,000
- Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits, signing bonus, and equity.
- Pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including scope and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Coast employees.
