Coordinate event logistics, including registration management, attendee tracking, presentation support, and event materials.
Support pre-event planning and post-event evaluations, including follow-up communications and performance assessments.
Procure, manage, and coordinate vendor services such as exhibit houses, audiovisual partners, transportation, and other third-party suppliers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event objectives, messaging, and deliverables are aligned.
Maintain accurate event documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and guidelines.

2+ years experience supporting or coordinating marketing events, trade shows, or customer-facing programs.
Experience working with vendors and coordinating event logistics.
Proficiency with standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and event registration or tracking systems is preferred.
