As we scale, high-performing General Managers will have significant opportunities to grow into multi-unit and senior leadership roles.

Own the financial performance of the business, managing daily and monthly P&L results while making operational decisions that improve revenue, margins and overall profitability.
Drive revenue growth and gross profit performance by identifying new business opportunities, improving team sales execution, and managing pricing, productivity, and cost controls.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, coaching, performance, management, and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Optimize operational efficiency, using both real-time observation and performance data to ensure smooth workflows, strong productivity, and consistent execution.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high service standards, resolving customer concerns, and implementing improvements that increase retention and loyalty.
Leverage technology and operational systems to manage performance, monitor key metrics, and make data driven decisions that improve the business.
Demonstrated success developing teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and building a culture of accountability and results.
Comfort working in fast-paced environments where leaders are expected to take ownership and drive measurable outcomes.
Ability to quickly learn and utilize new technology platforms to manage operations and performance.

$100,000 - $110,000 Base Salary + $20,000 - $30,000 Annual Bonus (Paid Monthly) + up to 6% Gross Profit Share
