About the role

Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time control of hardware and embedded systems.
- Partner with cross-functional engineering and chemistry teams to integrate software into complete products.
- Gather requirements, then design, develop, and test embedded software applications, libraries, and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of programming experience in one or more languages (C/C++)
- Experience with device communication standards and protocols (TCP/IP, RS-232, RS-485)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Desired. experience with any of the following:
- Hands on real-time control of hardware and embedded systems
- Microprocessor or microcontroller development for bare-metal applications
- Development and implementation of algorithms and data structures
- Revision control and source code management tools (e.g., Git, ClearCase)
- Integration and use of third-party software, libraries, and tools
- Development for Linux
- Additional programming languages such as low-level assembly, Python, Rust, or C#
- Object-Oriented Analysis and Design concepts
- .NET Framework and Visual Studio
Compensation
- The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $116,800.00 - $182,500.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.
