  • You'll play a critical role in ensuring engineering changes are executed accurately, efficiently, and with minimal disruption while working alongside a collaborative and experienced team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), deviations, and stop-ship activities from initiation through implementation Coordinate cross-functional engineering change meetings and drive projects to completion Review and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs), engineering drawings, and product documentation for accuracy and release readiness Evaluate engineering changes for impact to product configurations, product structures, and manufacturing processes Maintain engineering documentation within PLM and ERP systems Track engineering change metrics and generate reporting to support business decisions Improve configuration management processes and engineering documentation standards Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Service, and Sales to ensure successful implementation of product changes Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on engineering data integrity and operational efficiency
