About the role
- MATTE is looking for a Senior Experiential Producer to join its fast-growing Experiential department.
- The Senior Producer will be responsible for leading high-end experiential production for a variety of clients.
- This role also contributes to the management of the production team, which includes both full-time and contracted staff.
Responsibilities
- MATTE is a 360° full-service creative studio at the convergence of hype, storytelling and design.
- Our studio capabilities range from strategic ideation and insights, creative development, branding and identity, experiential, web design and development, campaigns and content creation, all the way through full-scale production and execution.
- Reviewing and providing directional feedback on technical documents such as renderings, gear lists, and shop drawings (with support from technical partners as needed).
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in experiential marketing production, including event management and production
- Track record of managing a team, with experience managing employees with different working styles
- An ability to think fast, problem solve, present solutions and react positively to unexpected issues
- Approachable, collaborative, results-oriented, problem-solving attitude and an ability to both provide and take direction well
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and permits for events and activations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience managing project budgets that range and scale up to $3MM
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships
Compensation
- $130,000-$150,000/year based on relevant experience
