Responsibilities
- Support Live Event Production
- Support the execution of tentpole franchises, custom events, partner activations, and internal experiences across the Events Studio
- Help maintain production timelines, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and event communications
- Collaborate Across the Events Studio
- Work fluidly across brands based on bandwidth, skill set, and expertise - stepping in where your support creates the most value
- Partner closely with producers and cross-functional teams to support successful event execution
- Support Planning & Coordination
- Assist in the development of production documents, budgets, timelines, and scopes of work
- Support procurement, staffing coordination, budget tracking, and production workflows across projects
- Drive Production Excellence
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in live events, experiential marketing, media, brand partnerships, hospitality, production, project management, marketing, or other fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Compensation
- The expected base salary range for this position is from $70,000-$83,000.
