Support Live Event Production
Support the execution of tentpole franchises, custom events, partner activations, and internal experiences across the Events Studio
Help maintain production timelines, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and event communications
Collaborate Across the Events Studio
Work fluidly across brands based on bandwidth, skill set, and expertise - stepping in where your support creates the most value
Partner closely with producers and cross-functional teams to support successful event execution
Support Planning & Coordination
Assist in the development of production documents, budgets, timelines, and scopes of work
Support procurement, staffing coordination, budget tracking, and production workflows across projects
Drive Production Excellence

2-4+ years of experience in live events, experiential marketing, media, brand partnerships, hospitality, production, project management, marketing, or other fast-paced, cross-functional environments
