About the role
- Aptus Health Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavioral Technicians (BT) to join our therapeutic team.

Responsibilities
- In this role, you will work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, implementing treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism or similar developmental disabilities is preferred
Compensation
- $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week Flexible schedule Professional Development Assistance Medical Specialty: Pediatrics, ABA Therapy Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00-5:30PM Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) High School Diploma Ability to Relocate: Edinburg, TX 78539: Must be able to commute to office.
