About the role
- You're an ideal candidate if you have experience as a classroom teacher and are comfortable with both technology and troubleshooting on-site issues.
Responsibilities
- Support students in logging into Tutored by Teachers.
- Provide on-the-ground support to students and teachers to ensure smooth implementation of the program.
- Collaborate with school staff to address any technology or classroom management issues.
- As a Ground Support Contractor, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our tutoring sessions run smoothly inside classrooms.
- You'll assist students in logging onto the Tutored by Teachers platform, troubleshoot basic tech issues, and support classroom logistics.
Requirements
- Former classroom teacher Strong technology skills and the ability to troubleshoot tech issues efficiently, especially with Chromebooks and iPads.
