About the role

  • This position will report to the SVP, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on corporate governance matters, including Board and committee support, charter documents, and corporate policies
  • Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, HR, and external counsel to ensure accurate and timely disclosures

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant Corporate Securities experience, including public company securities work
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. securities laws, SEC reporting requirements, and corporate governance
  • Experience supporting capital markets transactions and interacting with senior executives and boards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and judgment

Nice to have

  • life sciences or biotech experience strongly preferred
  • Experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a publicly traded company

Compensation

  • In the U.S., the hiring pay range for fully qualified candidates is $259, 200-$302,400 per year.
  • The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
