- Own product strategy and roadmap for Boam AI's data + agent platform
- Turn enterprise customer pain into specs teams can build and ship fast
- Drive cross-functional execution across data, engineering, ML, and ops
- Lead launches end-to-end: rollout, adoption, enablement, iteration
- 8+ years building and leading technical products end to end
- You want real ownership and impact, and you're excited to build the product org over time
- Own mission-critical systems that become the "truth layer" for our partners
- Build product patterns and culture you'll be proud of at 100x scale

- You can go from customer conversation → spec → shipped system quickly
- Proven track record shipping complex, cross-team initiatives in production
- Founder mindset with strong early-stage experience (ex-founder is a big plus)
