About the role
- It offers a full spectrum of water, waste, and energy management services, including water and wastewater treatment, commercial and hazardous waste collection and disposal, energy consulting and resource recovery.

- Remote and local control systems for HVAC, Gas Turbines, Boilers, Air compressors, Generators and Valves. - Ability to troubleshoot sensing devices for pressure, temperature, UV, motion and fluid flow.
Responsibilities
- Installs, maintains, calibrates, troubleshoots, makes program changes and corrections, repairs and overhauls all power house and supervisory systems, indicating, recording, telemetering, and controlling instruments (electric, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic) used to measure and control variables, such as pressure, flow, temperature, motion, force, and chemical composition.
- Implements a preventative maintenance schedule.
- Maintains inventory of spare parts and inventory records.
- Maintains maintenance and repair records.
- Performs other duties of a similar level and nature as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and to wear breathing apparatus for confined entry.
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Associate degree in Instrument Technology, Electronic Technology, Computer Technology or related field.
- Required to follow all applicable safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures in performance of assigned duties.
- Is required to participate in all required safety training activities.

Skills
- Communicates effectively via written and oral methods with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and others when necessary.
- Ability to enter data.
- Skills in computers and data input devices, email, application and office software.
- Ability to troubleshoot sensing devices for pressure, temperature, UV, motion and fluid flow.
- Valid State of Wisconsin Drivers License.
