About the role
- Position Overview The associate risk control consultant evaluates our policyholders' risk control environment from an all-lines perspective.
- Working under established procedure and guidance, they will facilitate on-site surveys and inspections with third party field representatives, identify risk exposures and analyze risk experience and program needs with our policyholders.
- This role will work closely with our internal insurance teams as a trusted advisor providing data‑driven risk mitigation services and translating exposures into insights that inform underwriting decisions.
Responsibilities
- Partners with risk control and other departments to facilitate risk/safety training and other services
- Inside climate-controlled office building
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in safety, engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Experience with general liability and property insurance and other insurance coverages and applications
- Experience with apartment real estate or public housing operations
