Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation including cleaning around work area and/or department at end of shift
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
Requirements
- The employee may be required to perform other related duties as requested by the company
Nice to have
- Experience reading & accurately interpreting sketches, and other information / instructions is required
- Assemble assigned products as instructed by work instructions
- assemble in a safe manner ensuring quality standards are met
- Assembly could include using tools, fixtures, and machines (drilling, screwing, and bolting operations)
- operating presses and punches out parts
- working with coper tubes and/or coil fins
- May assist in training new operators
- Follows all safety policies and procedures
