Responsibilities
- Ability to collaborate across multiple business lines and managerial levels within an organization
- Ability to deliver error free work
- Takes initiative to build productive working relationships with partners in finance and operations.
- Participates in the development of actionable plans to prepare and develop achievable/sustainable information deliverables.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting, finance or related fields
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, accounting, or related field
- No professional certifications required
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of additional work
- Ability to prioritize work in alignment of system needs
- Must be team-oriented and able to provide leadership while coordinating and managing projects to completion
- Ability to summarize and present financial analysis including recommendations or solutions
- Requires advanced excel skills, inclusive of pivot tables, INDEX, MATCH, vlookup and xlookup.
- Advanced SQL skills required in some cases.
