Responsibilities
- Collaborate with coworkers, vendors, and work directly with clients via phone and email to design and implement a wide variety of technical engineering projects
- Perform cloud migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID/ Intune, Azure)
- Take ownership of an issue, project, or architecture/design, seeing it through from beginning to end
- Build upon and write new internal and client-facing documentation
- Knowledge of VDI and/or Session-based desktop design and implementation (Citrix, Microsoft RDS)
- Security design and best practices for systems and networks, including Multifactor Authentication implementation
- Cloud infrastructure design, architecture, and administratio n ( Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS)
- We deliver exceptional managed technology and phenomenal client support to organizations across New England and beyond.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in an engineer ing role in an MSP environment is required.
Nice to have
- Excellent written and verbal skills are imperative (previous Customer Service experience is a plus)
