Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution Manage mission‑critical construction projects valued between $25M and $100M from preconstruction through completion.
  • Maintain responsibility for overall project performance, including schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
  • Lead key project meetings, including OAC, progress meetings, and monthly project reviews.
  • Financial Management Participate in project budgeting and develop monthly cost and margin forecasts.
  • Manage owner and subcontractor pay applications and administer change management processes.
  • Stakeholder Coordination Communicate clearly and consistently with owners, subcontractors, design teams, vendors, and field leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams and organizational levels.
  • Mentor and manage Assistant Project Managers to support their development.
  • Partner closely with the Superintendent to align field and project management priorities.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and make effective decisions in fast‑paced environments.

Requirements

  • Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
  • Technical & Leadership Skills Strong understanding of construction phases, MEP systems, project sequencing, and mission‑critical requirements.
  • Travel Requirement Must be willing and able to travel regularly to project sites across the United States.

Compensation

  • $125,000 - $200,000 Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
