Project Planning & Execution Manage mission‑critical construction projects valued between $25M and $100M from preconstruction through completion.
Maintain responsibility for overall project performance, including schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
Lead key project meetings, including OAC, progress meetings, and monthly project reviews.
Financial Management Participate in project budgeting and develop monthly cost and margin forecasts.
Manage owner and subcontractor pay applications and administer change management processes.
Stakeholder Coordination Communicate clearly and consistently with owners, subcontractors, design teams, vendors, and field leadership.
Build and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams and organizational levels.
Mentor and manage Assistant Project Managers to support their development.
Partner closely with the Superintendent to align field and project management priorities.
Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and make effective decisions in fast‑paced environments.

Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
Technical & Leadership Skills Strong understanding of construction phases, MEP systems, project sequencing, and mission‑critical requirements.
Travel Requirement Must be willing and able to travel regularly to project sites across the United States.

$125,000 - $200,000 Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
