Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of EDGARIZER or GOFILER (SEC software).
- 3 to 5 years of experience with SEC filings and the EDGAR system.
- Proficiency in EDGAR conversion software and SEC filing procedures.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, regulatory filings, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict filing deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word 2007, including advanced functions (TOC, TOA, Cross-referencing, Bookmarks, Track Changes, Tables, Drawing, Auto-Correct features, Styles), Windows XP, Excel 2007, PowerPoint 2007, IManage, and Visio.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The duties of the position may require extended and irregular hours to perform the essential duties of the position.

- Target Hiring Range $91,000 - $115,000

Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWS provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
