About the role

  • Invesco is seeking a Senior ETF Specialist to join its client-facing ETF team within a global asset manager overseeing $1.7T in assets, including 225+ U.S.-listed ETFs with over $500B in AUM.
  • The platform is known for innovation across equity, fixed income, commodities, and diverse investment strategies ranging from passive to alternatively weighted approaches.
  • A consultative, client-centric approach to business development is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Consultants to drive ETF market share growth and net sales across Invesco's U.S.-listed ETF platform
  • Act as the primary ETF specialist supporting Consultants in the field, developing targeted business plans and delivering high-impact ETF and Indexed Strategies resources to clients
  • Lead engaging group and one-on-one presentations that clearly differentiate Invesco's ETF platform across virtual, phone, and in-person settings
  • Travel up to 80% to support client engagement and business development efforts
  • This role partners closely with Consultants to drive distribution across retail channels, including Broker-Dealers, RIAs, and Private Client Groups.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate brings ETF expertise, strong capital markets knowledge, and proficiency in portfolio analytics and investment research.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field required

Nice to have

  • Series 7 & 63 licenses required
  • CIMA or CFA preferred

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $175,000 per year.
  • The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location.
