Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Project Management, Supply Chain, or other business majors)
  • Experience solving problems using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools (i.e. Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
  • Technical proficiency aligning to assigned capability area

Skills

  • A foundation in accounting and finance processes and objectives
  • Documenting findings and sharing recommendations
  • Entry level knowledge of organizational operations processes and objectives

  • $75,000 - $92,000.00
  • Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities.
  • Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

Compensation

  • Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule.
