About the role
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, product demos, and retrospectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to ensure products remain best-in-class.
- Agile Product Owner/Product Management experience.
Responsibilities
- AND DUTIES: Develop and execute product strategy for restaurant technology platforms across 7-Eleven restaurant brands.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing stakeholder requests with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the product development lifecycle and partner with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Define, track, and optimize product KPIs to ensure value delivery and business impact.
- Conduct user research and testing to validate assumptions and improve user experiences.
- Create, prioritize, and accept user stories while supporting release planning activities.
- Analyze product opportunities, dependencies, risks, and business value to drive informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align product initiatives with enterprise goals.
- Develop and execute product strategy for restaurant technology platforms across 7-Eleven restaurant brands.
Requirements
- Advocate for end users while balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth. “MUST HAVE&rdquo
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, wireframing, and analytics tools.
Nice to have
- ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS Restaurant technology domain knowledge preferred.
- Retail and/or e-commerce platform experience preferred.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and customer experience optimization preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment preferred.
