About the role

Responsibilities

  • AND DUTIES: Develop and execute product strategy for restaurant technology platforms across 7-Eleven restaurant brands.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing stakeholder requests with long-term business objectives.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle and partner with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Define, track, and optimize product KPIs to ensure value delivery and business impact.
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate assumptions and improve user experiences.
  • Create, prioritize, and accept user stories while supporting release planning activities.
  • Analyze product opportunities, dependencies, risks, and business value to drive informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align product initiatives with enterprise goals.
  • Develop and execute product strategy for restaurant technology platforms across 7-Eleven restaurant brands.

Requirements

  • Advocate for end users while balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth. “MUST HAVE&rdquo
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, wireframing, and analytics tools.

Nice to have

  • ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS Restaurant technology domain knowledge preferred.
  • Retail and/or e-commerce platform experience preferred.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and customer experience optimization preferred.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment preferred.
