About the role
- It also requires some heavy lifting of up to 20 lbs and regular pushing and pulling throughout the duration of tests.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are necessary for operating equipment.
- The work environment may vary, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or patients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and clinical guidelines.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional standards and regulations.
- Our Physical Therapists help patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and regain functionality following an injury, surgery, or illness.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain).
Requirements
- Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Nice to have
- Experience in a specialized area such as orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric, geriatric, or sports therapy is a plus.
- Experience in Neuro is highly preferred
- Over 1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting is required.
