About the role

  • In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the efficiency of our IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Queue Management & Service Delivery: Monitor and manage the incoming IT ticketing queue. Efficiently triage and distribute requests to team members based on their specific areas of expertise.
  • User Support & Collaboration: Actively follow up with end users to gather necessary troubleshooting information, resolve issues, and provide clear updates regarding their technical requests.
  • Platform Support: Help support and maintain our corporate Office 365 environment to optimize productivity across the organization.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to write user-friendly instructions and manage professional email communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Computer Science
  • Bachelor of Computer Engineering
  • Familiarity or conceptual knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 environments-specifically Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • A structured mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and track follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
  • Office Suite Proficiency: Strong familiarity with standard office productivity applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, documentation tools).
