Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of automotive professionals to achieve operational and sales goals.
- Manage daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Drive revenue growth through effective leadership, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
- The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of daily store operations, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing a high-performing team.
- The Store Manager partners with leadership to achieve business goals, maintain a positive workplace culture, and provide customers with a fast, friendly, and trusted automotive service experience.
Requirements
