Responsibilities
- Complete any documentation necessary to implement or renew groups.
- Lead internal and external implementation and renewal meetings with support of Sales and Service Coordinator.
- Negotiate with brokers and group in order to renew accounts and maintain financials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Secure, build, and sustain positive working relations with key constituents including groups, brokers, external vendors, and internal departments.
- Lead the renewal process for assigned groups.
- Lead the evaluation of, and responses to, requests for proposals for existing groups.
Requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend both written and spoken English.

- Travel is required approximately 40-50% of the time.
- Attend internal and external meetings as required.
- Review internal documentation required to implement a new or renewing group and coordinate completion of documentation with Sales and Service Coordinator on all internal documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
